What To Include

- A short description of what happened.
- Whether the issue happened after using AI assistance.
- Screenshots only if they do not contain private or sensitive text.
Subscriptions and Billing
How do I restore Plus?
Open Unspool, go to About & Safety → Subscription & AI usage → View Plus, then choose Restore Purchases.
How do I cancel or change my subscription?
Subscriptions are billed by Apple. Use Apple's subscription settings to manage or cancel your plan.
How do I request a refund?
Apple handles payments and refund decisions. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with the Apple Account used for the purchase.
What happens when my AI allowance is used?
Free includes up to 15 complete AI-guided exercises per calendar month, and Plus includes up to 150. Local fallback exercises remain available when the allowance is exhausted or AI is unavailable.
Local Records and Privacy
Practice records are stored locally on your device in the current version. You can clear them from About & Safety. Do not email private practice text, crisis content, or screenshots containing sensitive information when requesting support.
Safety
If you may harm yourself or someone else, seek immediate help. In the United States, call or text 988 for crisis support. If there is immediate danger, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.

Free 每个自然月最多包含 15 次完整 AI 引导，Plus 最多包含 150 次。次数用完或 AI 暂时不可用时，本地规则练习仍然可以继续。
